Easy and healthy Snacks Meal Preps - Fruits and Nuts - 2 ingredients/200 calories

IT'S SNACK TIME! This week, I bring you something that nobody can resist if they are offered! On a serious note, who doesn't love a snack? Especially when it is so easy and affordable! Instead of buying the cheapest snacks available in the store which most of the time is chocolates or cookies - prepping snacks can save you a lot of money. Snacking healthy = lifestyle change!

Now, this is one of the easiest snacks ever - all you need are 2 ingredients and they are all roughly 200 calories only! These are Liezl favourite combinations and I have highlighted my favourites.

Fruits and nuts box


1 banana (medium) + 8 raw walnuts

1 banana (medium) + 14 raw almonds

1 sliced banana (medium) + 1 Tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter

1 and 1/2 medium apples + 1 Tablespoon unsweetened almond butter

1 and 1/2 medium apples + 3 raw Brazil nuts

Fresh blueberries (1 and 1/3 cup) + 10 raw cashew nuts

2 clementines + 14 raw almonds

1 and 1/2 oranges + 14 raw almonds

Strawberries (2 cups sliced) + 10 raw pecan nuts

Strawberries (2 cups sliced) + 25 raw pistachio nuts



It is up to you to change the ingredients but these combinations above really do go well together. You can use zipper bags or small containers and store them in the fridge for up to 4-5 days! Thank you, Liezl for these ideas on healthy snacking!
